How’s That Spelt? Spelt Bakery in East Vancouver. This place is amazing for those people needing a gluten free diet. Sure it’s a little more pricey than a regular loaf of bread at the grocery store…but this is quality stuff that is easily digested by those with allergies.

According to the latest West Ender this Commercial Drive joint has the BEST patio in Vancouver. It’s not just any patio, it’s a rooftop patio and it’s found at Falconetti’s East Side Grill. It’s located at 1812 Commercial and the article might have been a little harsh on the food and service…but the reporter said he WOULD come back for the patio. I can’t think of a better place to go have a cool drink on a hot summer day. Of course that is totally dependent on if Vancouver gets summer this year. My Guy says we can ride the bike there…
